It's a pretty good game but it's no New Vegas though so you'll have to scale your expectations back a notch, expect something more in line with Fallout 2. Discussion on the game over at /v/ is a shitshow, haven't seen this much shilling for Fallout 4 and Mass Effect Andromeda in a while.
All the trailers released so far:
A new nine minute Death Stranding trailer dropped today and I still have no idea what the fuck is going on. The visuals look pretty good though, I like how the gameplay is physics based like Breath of the Wild which adds weight to the character, and the...
I actually enjoy them more than the vanilla game, its probably because the devs had more freedom for the expansions which led to more unconventional gameplay scenarios and unique storylines (for a Fallout game)
I can't put my finger on it. Main questlines in Bethesda games kind of force you down a linear path where it feels more appropriate to finish the main quest first and then do the side quest stuff later while I never felt this with New Vegas. It may have to do with how there's no real urgency and...
Just learned it came out a few days ago, is it worth a buy? I know its just a remake of the first game but does it surpass it?
Edit: I misspelled the game in the title, shit
Considering how Nu-Fallout is tied with The Elder Scrolls series mechanically and what this site thinks of Bethesda, Im interested in reading your thoughts on The Elder Scrolls series.
Never played the first two Elder Scrolls games, Battlespire, Redguard, Online, and Blades
Morrowind: Great...
Im also thinking of buying The Outer Worlds on PS4 as an alternate option to pirating but it feels weird to play an rpg on console, like the equivalent of playing the Orange Box on PS3, some games are meant to be played on PC you know?
The reception for this game turned a complete 180° from being one of the most anticipated games of the year to an outcry with threats of boycotting, really sucks that it turned out this way. It doesn't help that the Epic Games Store isn't even that good of launcher with horrible downloading...
The Epic Games Store is the transparent attempt I've seen to monopolize a market (ironic considering how they keep accusing Steam of being a monopoly). I'll also probably pirate this game as Epic may have already paid Private Division or Obsidian $2 million so they probably won't care or worry...
I had the most fun with:
-A charismatic guy who bullshited his way out of any situation but is noble at heart, if all else fails he punches the shit out of whatever is in his way (basically a combination of Reigen and Joseph Joestar)
-A supposed pacifist who would always preach that violence...

I think he nails the presentation and narration of his videos and most of his points regarding the problems with the new Fallout games ring true. I do have a problem with his "The Perfect Fallout Sequel", a lot of his ideas just come off as "these are cool features from other games so...
