After going to gecko and back to vault city, people in vault city have disappeared, namely everyone wearing blue in the council building, and vic's daughter. Is this a mod glitch or just a game glitch, and any ideas as to how to fix? also what do i do at the shack?

Looks good, keep it up, sneak peak, very western feel.

Gamespy was the best, they had maps where you could play different roles in the city, mafia, police, drug dealer, etc. It was really good i have to say.
