Sorry I've been gone so long (again :( ), it's finals week and i've been swamped. I've just about finished by charachter: A human techinican with decent shooting ability. And I figure the start of chapter 4 would be the best place to intoduce him. Any ideas where?

Yeah. I noticed the thread on what was allowed for charachters, can I assume i'm still more-or-less limited to ghouls and humans?

GURPS is eeeeeeevillllllll. No offence but the rules to it are oversimplified and wouldn't be good at re-creating fallout. Might I suggest the HERO system instead. There is allready a very good fallout-mod written up for that.
