Right just replaced the ddraw.dll i'm running Xp and have full install all extras etc fully patched and such treid reinstalling several times on two hard drives as explained previously and have a character with every perk 300% on all skills 10 on all stats etc finesse and fast shot as traits...

I noticed somebody else had this bug where upon leaving arroyo for the first time i constantly enter ISO view every few seconds! i also read about how he dealt with the problem and so tried it myself have reinstalled several times on two different Hard disks and i am still getting this damn...
