After some hours i worked it out. This error is when you try to load pcx files which have other number bits per pixels than 8. If you have 16/24 you cant use that. Also you can convert to 8bitperpixel pcx file by Easy Graphic Converter, but you have to change that in settings first. Unfortunally...

I cant work it out:/ I made some converts from jpg/bmp to pcx in gimp, and it was fine, gimp could read that pcx file. But when i try to open it by fallout viever1.36 it coludnt open that, and that lovely error again. I dont know whats wrong, if other programs ready that pcx file that it should...

I think that i need pcx format , cause im making some new recipes in mr.fixit. Examples there and in pcx format, so for sure is good. I dont try with bmp or gif, but with frm and it wasnt enable to read that format. Ill try bmp/gif when i back home:) MIBB88 thx for advice, ill check that soon:)...
