In Klamath u get a miniQuest to find a Trapper named: Smiley. So I journey to the Toxic Caves and kill some golden geckos and eventually find Smiley in a room in the ither end of the caves. But. In the same room there is a broken elevator. And there's a powergenerator. It's been a while...
