    Only the Legion. I'll go out of my way to Ballistic-Fist them in the face. If I had a Sniper Rifle of some kind with this build I would just use that so that I didn't even have to go out of my way.

    I'm going to go with yes. I don't think you would be missing out on all that much. Besides the gameplay elements that have been improved upon, I just find the whole setting much more fun that the Capital Wasteland of Fallout 3.

    Begging your pardon, that is what I meant by documented. I should have sticked to 'witnessed'. People see it happen, and they hold it against you. If someone sees it, the rumour can be passed on, sure. That way other towns might hear about you. I would be happy with that.

    I believe that makes sense, were 'Karma' something that genuinely existed. Your Karma can be bad or good without anyone witnessing it (save perhaps Gods), reputation on the other hand cannot.

    Just be a total kleptomaniac and pinch everything that isn't bolted down. If they don't see you, they won't attack, but your karma will still suffer.

    Non Combat Resolution Prevalence?

    It's definitely worthwhile taking high speech/barter/science/medicine in New Vegas. A good bit of XP to be had from it, and some fun quests too.

    I can see his picture just fine. NCR uniforms, with Black Berets + Ratslayer. Here's mine and Cass' latest finds, the two Chinese Stealth suits from the Hoover Dam. Funnily enough, you can still wear headgear with it.
