My pleasure. :D One question: have you been able to create a single palette that you can apply to any gun image you come across, or do you have to fine tune them for each weapon?

Those look good Finesse. I've also attempted to make new weapon frms, albeit with some difficulty (can't get the palette to to not mess up at times). I've hoarded various interesting gun jpgs and gifs from the Internet for a while now. I've got about 8.5 megs worth of em, and if you want...
