Then how is Skynet supposed to carry his weapons? They have hands/manipulators, so I see no reason they couldn't carry things. And they can both carry stuff just fine if you trade it to them.

I'm sure it isn't. I can't see any reason why the overseer would object to you being in the main room, considering that the business is open 24/7. I assume that he's supposed to attack you if he sees you while he's in the back room, but "back room time" and "go hostile time" don't match up in...

At certain times of day, if you go into Vortis' building the Overseer (the one in metal armor) thinks you're trespassing even when you're in the main room. I noticed this happening at 9:53 AM, and at 10:00 AM he goes into the back room. Need a save?

Okay, that file worked, and yeah, Granite is using the big gun model now. Have you decided whether the pulse rifle is getting a visible projectile yet? The pulse pistol has the pink one IIRC, so I see no reason the rifle shouldn't have one.

I just tried swapping your ENCFITE.MAP for the one in Fallout2\DATA\maps. I loaded up a save on the tanker just before setting sail, and when I entered the Enclave lobby, well, lets just say I had to quit. The ENCFITE.MAP from your patch is 220KB, while your new copy is 231B -- are you quite...

I tried right-click->Save Link As in Firefox, right-click->Save Target As in IE, and copying the URL to GetRight. Each time I got a 231 byte file which is just the HTML of the "Internal server error" message.

I get an "internal server error" on that file, though the rest of your files download fine.

As killap said, all traits are hardcoded, and there's no way to dynamically adjust a weapon's AP cost (let alone the AP cost of bare-handed and kick attacks) through scripts.

In that case, could you at least put a link to killap's patch in your "Preparation" section where you talk about the official patch?

I don't think it's worth anyone's trouble to pick through all that aged assembly code to try to fix a few relatively obscure bugs. The best hope for a bug-free engine is FIFE, although that project may be dead now.

Did you not just read the two posts above yours? But yeah, it would really be helpful of Per to update his guide. He probably wants to wait for the final patch, though.
