Nope, I extracted the files in the FNV/data folder according to the instructions. I'll try the Mod Manager and see if that'll work. Thanks for the help.

I just downloaded the mod New Vegas Uncut: Outside Bets but I can't get it to work. I extracted the files into the right folder but when I open the data files option in the FNV loader there is no option to enable Outside bets. It doesn't even show up in the list of items. Please help.
