You can find the foil in the ruined building between the junkyard (where you ditch the getaway cars) and Neil's safehouse. If you give her both poetry books and the foil she will join you. There might be other triggers (maybe reputation or something.) She's one of the best recruits I've found.

RE that startup message - not sure if it's the same issue I had, but I was having problems with some mods not working using that same exact game path (C:\Fallout Tactics) - for whatever reason, it worked fine after I changed the install path to (C:\Games\Fallout Tactics). ¯\_ (ツ)_/¯

If I recall (been a long time since i was in Forbidden City) the key you're looking for is somewhere in one of the offices at the top level of Tower B.

Here's a save from just after completing the mission in Quartz. Ugly is dead, the Mayor has given me the reward (even though his wife blew up in the first turn of the fight) and General Barnaky is in the Mayor's office. Also, the first character is wearing Tesla armor.

As I recall, a Deathclaw shouldn't be able to wear armor at all. So that sounds like a bug. However, I noticed that a Tesla armor I found in this mod (maybe Quartz?) when equipped looked like the character sprite wasn't wearing any armor, so there's something fishy about that armor in the...

Hey Pyran, Have you had a chance to check this? I did a complete clean re-install and came up with the same thing - no Weltenkraft bunker after picking up Myra.

If you want what is basically the original campaign with tweaked, balanced equipment, play equilibrium/redux. If you haven't finished the basic game yet, that's probably what I'd recommend. Then afterwards, try this campaign. It has a much larger campaign world with lots of new quests and...

Hey guys, I'm having a problem with COTA 2. I noticed Pyan uploaded his 1.02 version so I grabbed it, but since installing, after I beat mission 1 the Weltenkraft bunker never appears on the worldmap. I get the next town where you pick up Myra and get the APC, but there's no bunker after that...

OK, after a rough couple of starts I finally figured out the APC held some squad members for me, and that it's really not a good idea to try to be the point of the spear for the defense in the first mission. (Boy do those guys - both sides - love to burst fire their teammates...) Enjoying this...

A new campaign. Small compared to the OC but I enjoyed it. - Hint: take one of the pregenerated characters, modify him/her if you wish, but don't create a new character from scratch.
