Hey vad i need some help. I used your fallout 2 save editor just so i could increase my charisma to 6 (for the vault city captain of the guard charisma check with lynette) and that is all i did.

The link to the latest version (2.47.4) gives "permission denied" when you click it. therefore unable to download it.

It only happened in necropolis, havent seen it anywhere else, it's not an issue but im worried there could be something underlying

I got it working, i'm relatively new to modding the classic fallouts and they're a lot harder to work with compared to 3, new vegas, and 4.

All buildings are like this what do i do I ran "undat" again this time to the Fallout1in2 directory (not the mod directory) and it's fine now, no idea if my game is broken now or not though.

Just use 7zip, windows 10 has a built in zip extractor yes

Also your ddraw doesnt allow for highlighting items or containers, shift key doesnt nothing and the word highlight isnt even found anywhere within the ini.
