Use windowed screen...it did the thing for me :)

I just bought the Surface Pro 3 (windows tablet) and the pen/touch input doesn t work that well in Fallout 1 and 2 as it does in Fallout Tactics. The cursor never aligns with the pen...it keeps up with the movement of the pen but it always is in another place of the screen. Has any windows...
