But the PS3 has serious problems with both Fallout 3 and New Vegas because of its shared memory pool. Sure it'll run smoothly at first, but when you get up beyond having 80% of the map explored everything starts to chug and then eventually the .esp for the save is too large to load.
The first time I ever let 'er rip with a fully upgraded GRA Assault Rifle was against one of those legion kill teams near Repconn. I could not believe how fast I had to change mags, or how fast they died. That thing is an MG42 with the firing speed enhancement.
Because Freeside is an irrelevant hole in the ground and its junkie population will never be important to anything. He refuses to take a position when doing so would actually be productive. His support for an independent New Vegas is facile.

I would advise you to restart and ask the BOS guy about a plan, then you can talk your way past Chris, tell the Drill Sergeant you weren't issued a uniform, get downstairs and get it, then get to the locker that has the vertibird plans and sneak when you open so you don't alert the guard
Fallout: I really love the Super Sledge for its ability to knock things all the way across the map.
Fallout 2: YK42B Pulse Rifle because the melting animation is just too fun not to see.
Fallout 3: Chinese Assault Rifle because I love the reload animation so much I end up miming it in real life...
