lets be honest here FO3 has gotten a LOT of hate around here. its seen as completely awful and without merit, its nice to see someone like Chris, whos opinion i can imagine we all value, can point out some of the positive aspects of the game.

/shrug i'm not of the mind set that Fallout 1 and 2 are sacred and above critisism or that FO3 and NV are the devil's work and without merit. I have enjoyed all of them (even FO3) and i can nitpick all of them (even FO2). overall i'd switch FO3 and NV. otherwise its a decent list. and yeah...

New Vegas., its everything decent about FO3 combined with real continuity with FO1 and 2

I know everyone is quick to call fallout 3 and NV simply Oblivion / skyrim with guns but its never felt that way for me. I could barely get into skyrim and I Hated Oblivion (despite wanting to like it) and yet have dropped 350+ in New vegas and probably half that into FO:3. Not sure why that is

I'm hopeful, i overlooked FO:3's flaws and managed to enjoy the game. i LOVED New Vegas. I can honestly say its one of my favorite games of the last decade. I hope that Bethesda takes the improvements Obsidian added to the game and run with it. And if not i hope the new PC Kickstarter based...

yeah no thanks. one of the things i always disliked about TES is the idea that you join a guild and within a few quests you are running the place. I prefer the way New Vegas handled it

the idea that Bethesda only recently started working on their game is niave. i can promise you that the solid number of the team started moving to their next project as soon as skyrim was done. Sure they had people working on its DLC but not the bread and butter people. Not that the folks here...

well sure, i said myself that there is nothing saying console version now, he's busy getting it out on the PC first. but once their Kickstarter obligations are done there is nothing to stop them from making a console port.

i dont see any reason why a PS4 version couldnt come out. Sony's support on indie games is pretty know and i've seen twitter posts from Brian Fargo showing he was excited about self publishing on the PSN. while i don't think there is anything currently in the works (they want to get the game out...

i'd love to see some attempt at filling in the missing/cut data. in the same way they restored KOTOR2. New Vegas is hands out one of my favorite games of all time and just the idea of being able to play a real pro-legion game, with a legion NPC would be fantastic
