Yeah I really don't feel it captures the themes that well for me visually. If it ends up having good game play without looking much different I'll probably try it anyway...

I agree, for me its the only game besides Amnesia and FEAR that have ever kept me scared. Great atmospher, first two games were buggy until several patches through (Call of Pripyat had no issues for me at launch). I'm glad Bethesda didn't get it, but I sure hope I don't have to settle for MMO...

They should have stuck with the ambitious RPG of the old 'Afterfall' website

I'm also a bit worried how ignored you seemed to be. Blocking someone for too many password attempts seems like an absolutely critical thing that would require minimal effort to implement. *I don't know enough about computer security to comment on anything more complicated*

I imagine they refer to a rare original box copy of the game, I was lucky enough to get one for Fallout 1 and 2 for about $100 but it took a lot of waiting
