I love pushing Brahmins over..., The bullets might be magnetically charged themselves? Such as the Chambers are Positive Bullets are negative thus helping in increasing the speed of the bullets.

You could try to retreive the Super Mutant Frame of the one in Power Armor in FO1 then you could get a Marcus in Power Armor

Aren't Gauss Rifles basically Rifles with enhanced Bullets? The Bullets are then shot with gunpowder like guns usually are and then they are proppelled even faster in small magnetic chambers which increase the Bullets momentum while inside the Chamber making them faster as they leave?

Just another theory in the Flamer but maybe Improved Flamers do a higher chance of doing higher damage, I.E. A Normal Flamer would still be able to shoot 0 Damage most of the time.
