It's way better than Fallout 3, but combat is still terrible. Fighting ghouls, nightkin etc. is fucking awful. Aiming sucks, enemies run around mindlessly, as if they were in benny hill, they get stuck on every possible obstacle, animations suck... It all feels clunky. But thankfully NV is not...

Is it just me or does the textures look flat? Were is the bump mapping? It look more like Resident Evil 4 on the ps2, than a mythical next gen game.

It supposed to be a crown achievement of the whole series, so it's valid. I don't know if it worthy, rather not, but personally I like it. a sequel of a spin off is still a legal sequel... Of course it was. They changed the whole system that was used for years. But generally people liked it. hmm...
