    I've just found solution - I had to remove lvl1 proto files of the followers from /Data/Proto/Critters. Next time my npcs leveled up, they gained all the missing levels.

    I'm having problem with npc's. After they level up I save the game, then reload from saved game and their progress vanish - their stats go back to lvl1. Besides RP I have installed also mod 'The lands of Mordor'. Does anyone met with such issue before or know how to fix my problem?
