@VIXRE: I would love to read it too. I'd certainly pay for something like this - especially if it is as well-polished as it sounds - but I'd rather see it as a free product if possible (like The Nearly Ultimate Fallout 2 Guide, for instance). This way, it can reach theoretically everyone, but...

I could barely believe what I was reading in the first post... until it became obvious it was just a troll. He's too much informed to be a "newbie" at the franchise, and obviously represented quite the opposite of the majority of true Fallout fans. Let he and his topic go down forever...

I'll 'try' it first, and buy it only if it's funny. I have no hopes, however, that it will make me feel like Fo/Fo2 made. It's just a generic post-apocalyptic open-ended RPG for me.
