Energy conversion is 40% maximum. The 'average' engine gets about 25% to 30%. I'm told the diesel electrics are about 35%. Thats as good as the engine gets. Anyway, there's lots of things we could be doing as a race. We don't.

the problem is not with the content, but the rating system. The games system are scaled one tier back. So a movie that got away with a pg13 for content *cough cough* Darknight *cough* would easily be rated M. Till games are not perceived 'for kids' this will not change even when they are...
