Watts isn't all there is to power supplies, you also have to know if your power supply puts out enough amps, as well as stable voltages.

Get a better power supply, a lot of instability problems and others can be fixed by just getting a new power supply. Get an Antec, Enermax, Sparkle, or Vantec power supply. For your system preferably 400 watts or more.
