I use the manual installer and didn't read instrution thoroughly. It's my problem, not a bug. btw: Nice Patch :clap:

Bug report: I use the latest killap's patch after applying the official 1.02d patch(US). I'm now in Klamath. When I open pipboy, I can see Redding in the Status Panel, and two tasks are already there, both accomplished. Since I've never been in Redding, I guess it's a bug.
