To me it's almost every faction in Fallout New Vegas - most of them seek the power and want to have the control over mojave and they differ only by the methods they're using to achieve their goals.

No recoil - imho it makes it easier to shoot with, after all you don't have to calibrate/move around with the gun to correct any recoil or guns with a big "kick" that move your entire body backwards etc ... no need to worry about that.

I've read FOE and it's quite good actually, about 50 chapters/each containing about 60-80 PDF pages, not to mention FOE:PH and other spin-offs :)
I would like to see my character to be able to finally talk and not just stand there not doing anything like a moron while I'm selecting dialogue options.
It could work like this - you're a vault dweller/tribal/whatever, male or female but both male/female characters would have a spoken...
The engine isn't bad but the games are not the best.
We will have new generation of consoles available to us later this year - this will give the developers more to work with so hopefully Bethesda will be able to upgrade their engine even more and make it better.

I've played Fallout 3 first and I enjoyed it, then I moved onto Fallout New Vegas and oh god ... I couldn't get back into Fallout 3 for a long time after that.
Still I enjoy every Fallout game ;P
