Well, it's good to judge a book by its cover huh. I've read FOE and it's quite good actually, about 50 chapters/each containing about 60-80 PDF pages, not to mention FOE:PH and other spin-offs :)

The engine isn't bad but the games are not the best. We will have new generation of consoles available to us later this year - this will give the developers more to work with so hopefully Bethesda will be able to upgrade their engine even more and make it better.

Same here. I've played Fallout 3 first and I enjoyed it, then I moved onto Fallout New Vegas and oh god ... I couldn't get back into Fallout 3 for a long time after that. Still I enjoy every Fallout game ;P
