Nah, gamestop for sure gives you all preorder stuff. They say so on their website. So I preordered F3 Collectors from Gamestop and they will send me all their special preorder bonuses plus the new survival guide. However, I haven't seen this commented on yet, Amazon gives you a cool pipboy...
