Xbox 360 Directly East of Fairfax Ruins in an overpass with a Scavenger and 2 dogs on it. I went there and lo and behold she has 3 skills books sitting directly next to each other on the shelf. Chin Spec Ops, Grognack, and I think Duck & Cover. Something is messed up here right? I don't...
