I solved the issue.

I used the Epic Games Patcher to get NVSE working with the Epic Games version of New Vegas. It worked, I used MO2 to load in and all the mods were there. The resolution was off by about an inch which was distracting after a bit so I left and opened the Fallout Launcher using MO2, I changed the...
