Yeah I'm going to be thinking up of a completely new main quest, though I might borrow heavily from some parts that Bethesda came up with.

Keep in mind this is a work in progress and I haven't thought up everything yet but I'll add to this as new things come to me! Be sure to tell me what you think!

All things that I would say in critique of this have already been said. So the only thing I have left to ask is what was wrong with New Vegas to you?

I think that might be your problem. At least read up on the lore of the previous Fallouts and become familiar with the canon if you are going to do something like this

This was very good, I enjoyed reading it. I also read up on BOS and BOS 2 and I like how you integrated some themes from those games into the story. The only suggestion that I would make would be that it would make more sense if the main character was a slave that has been with Caesars legion...
