Where is Abbey, and how do I fly on a Vertibird? I'm sure this has been asked a million times, but I'm just too darn lazy to read all 47 pages of the thread to find out. Where is Abbey .. or rather, how do I make Abbey available? I have already gotten a dialogue about it from a character or...
