Hmmm, maybe for a random encounter. Oh, and for the deserts, well I'm not a master on the subject but I think it has something to do with clouds or the lack of them.

Deserts tend to get cooler more often than once in awhile, usually every night. This would result in a lot more fashion styling than twice a year. Also remember that in-game time often doesn't represent actual time. Besides that, weather changes could be nice, but maybe only for some flavour.

Hmm, I hope they don't decide to go for RT combat with a pause button, in an attempt to please both sides. Besides that I'm glad to see they're going to use SPECIAL.

Well, I don't have an all time favorite but a few gigs spring to mind. Last summer at Doer festival I saw Brant Bjork and bros, wich was simply amazing. And the few times I went to Rock Werchter I saw Tool and PJ Harvey in one weekend. Sweet.
