Hi All, I have a question on the Toughness Perk in Fallout 2. In the character stat page, the toughness perk adds 10% to DR along with the armor DR. Since toughness perk (along with other toughness additions like new reno boxing and psycho) isn't considered armor... do armor bypassing...
