Dang dude, in the interview he says Troika isnt self funded, the only way they work on projects is via money coming from publishers, and they couldnt find a publisher willing to throw that kinda cash at a "risky project" so there is no way they could just plunk down cash they dont have...

...does California not require payroll records to be kept on paper form? because up in IL all payroll records must be kept on paper for a min of somthin like 3 years
