i saw this car today and thought it looked alot like the one from fallout, the area too looks like a place youd find in fallout, except for the other cars nearby

does this perk add any kind of special death scenes or does it just increase the chance of a critical style death?

abandoned places are cool as shit. theres a great place to take pics in the old part of my town thats been dead since the 60s. theres alot of factory buildings and a mill thats almost completely covered in cudzoo.
