I'm going to keep positive on this post since my others have been negative on Fallout 4 and there are things it does well.
1. It's a fun action-rpg. Though the rpg is really for leveling and skill maintenance not the rpg elements we expect (trying..to..stay positive!)

I've read that the difficulty on the game is really over the top? Like Rad Away is priced too high and too scarce etc. Any fallout veterans finding the game is too hard even on normal?
Exactly. I think Fallout 1 and 2 established the style pretty well with small, ramshackle cities and concrete bunker like fortresses. Fallout 3 kept to that style with Megaton and New Vegas of course was spot on. Fallout 4's rebuilt (or never destroyed) cities make it look like the bombs...
