agh yes ofc (was slightly confused as than it seems difficulty settings doenst lower your weapons skillpoints), reinstalled it only recently and forgot to set it to max, so did it after I started playing. thanks and close it :)

I agree with you there, Restocking should (and easily could) be a lot more realistic. I like the idea of goods being more in demand at some towns and less at others. To reply on the being able to build towns thingy. Thats not something I missed while playing Fallout. to improve fallout...
