    Fallout 2 FPS cap. help!

    I fixed the CPU problem with the high-res patch, I noticed that my FPS only spikes when I move my cursor. When it idles it remains around 40.

    Fallout 2 Childrens Patch Fallout2 Resolution Patch v1.6 Killap's Unofficial Fallout 2 Patch (US/UK - installer) Fallout 2 Restoration Project Installer Version For the Restoration Project it says to not install anything else.

    Fallout 2 FPS cap. help!

    My FPS goes to 200+ making my GPU and CPU work crazy overtime I have tried turning on vsynch in nvidia control panel to no avail. My refresh rate is set to 60 in game (I have the high res patch) Steam version of Fallout 2.
