It's a very interesting question, but looking at the entire "experiment scheme", it would seem rather convoluted. An experiment devising another experiment? Who would observe the results of these experiments? Not the president and most of the government, if they're part of the experiment...
I'm just hoping Treyarch can pull a decent SP mode, even with Activision looking over their shoulder at all times. Otherwise, I'm done with the franchise (especially if the rumors that an action-adventure MMO will be announced at E3 are true).
