Hey Well I did pick up that key card, but I also got at least two other key cards from inside the power plant as well to open the door. I have tried using all them. Nothing seems to work though. Oh well.

Hey, Yeah, I used the back pack option. And yup, its the yellow door with two ghouls standing there with guns. When I use the back pack option, I put my gun away as if he is going to do something but then it says nothing happened. Also, kind of strange now. The guards use to reply you...
