So are you implying that vanilla fallout has this 500 days timer? I don't really remember if I ever played till 500 days ingame, but today, on Fallout et tu, I've triggered the invasion for the first time. I can't say for sure but I think that the 500 days timer on Fallout 1 vanilla was deleted...
