CS's badness is going to depend on what type of slavery they practice. When someone hears "slavery" the automatically think African slavery of the past couple centuries but slavery hasn't always been like that.

Wastelanders have proven to be quite resourceful and skillful in various areas so I wouldn't put this past them. Regardless of if they can make the neon signs or not, it doesn't make any sense WHY they would make so many. It's just not worth it.

A couple of things (these might not all be from that video)
1) The inner bully in me wants to beat that guy for no reason
2) They managed to make the walking animation even worse.
3) The ugly green tint is still there. Maybe the Fellout mod will still work without any modifications...
I am happy to hear of this. Now I wish they would only combined unarmed and melee. They're related! Also, I'm glad most everyone is happy with this. It shows that we don't have everything that's different.
