I like Mack_the_Knife's Fallout 2 mod myself. The only problem is that the high-quality bullets that you buy one at a time weigh a pound a piece. But other than that, I had a lot of fun with it. No longer was I shooting townspeople twice with a 10mm to kill them.

I don't think I've seen PSM give a game below a six in a long, long time. They're Sony's bitch magazine, after all.

Might and Magic, as well as the spin-off series Heroes of Might and Magic (which I very much prefer to the original), were resurrected after 3D0 went bankrupt. And why? Because they were one of the few game serieses that made 3D0 any money at all. Fallout is much the same for Interplay.

I don't know... how many other companies did that? The execs might sell off the license to put together a severance package for themselves. 3D0 did it with the Might and Magic series.

I hardly think that children, alcohol and prostitutes are necessary for a good game. Look at Super Mario Brothers 3, or Civilization.
