I have the update, nobody bets caps on caravan. I've gotten the update. Nobody will bet any caps on the caravan game. These NPCs have caps, but they always bet "0" caps on a game of caravan. Anyone have a fix for this?

So I just need to get to "No Bark" before I can win some money from caravan?

I have come across three different caravan players so far. None of them bet any money. I can buy and sell items from them, and know that they have caps. Why do they not bet any money during the caravan games?
