Indeed. The final version is not released yet (although it should get pushed in a few months - no guarantee, of course). Translating a mod this huge will require countless hours of dedication.

I noticed yesterday that the mod is now 97% finished. Final version should be out this summer (my wild guess only, nothing official).

Once the new version is released, the translation would have to start over. As soon as the mod is finished (the version I've played&finished was still labelled "BETA") we can start gathering RU/EN speaking Fallouties. To ease your waiting (or rather make it harder, dunno), the English version...

Well, I've finished Fallout Tactics on Tough Guy with only lvl 27 - and I have finished every quest, failed nothing and farmed the robots for a while as well. I say the average level is from 21-27.

Are we talking about normal or Tough guy game mode?
