That's what I thought which is why I was so weirded out by people saying stuff like they couldn't stop laughing and bringing up Moira which I felt was one of the oddest, most awkward attempts at a comedic character in a video game I've ever seen.
Although now that I look through the video...
I'm a little confused as to why they interviewed Tim Cain and MCA with the Nuka Break guys. Didn't really seem like there was much overlap in the questions there.
Obviously Tim Cain know what he set out to do more than me but I'm a little confused by everyone's comments about how hilarious...
I actually strongly agree with his comments on Ulysses but when a review starts off with:
it's hard for me to take the opinions expressed very seriously. When you don't know who developed the game you're reviewing DLC for it doesn't fill me with confidence that you have that much experience...
Actually [spoiler:f18ca5e020]the NCR wanted to include all of Freeside in the relief program but Pacer beat up the NCR's messenger without the King's knowledge and the NCR naturally assumed this meant the Kings weren't interested.[/spoiler:f18ca5e020]
Granted their motives for doing so...
Dunno about anyone else but I always assumed "The Great Divide" was just what people have taken to calling the Midwest. In Fallout 1/2 it was mentioned as being a big radioactive dustbowl with massive storms which ties in nicely with what Nash and Cass say about it.
It divides the continent...
Wait is that Codex stuff about the Brotherhood not letting other groups have advanced technology actually in the game?
If so that's a gross and very stupid retcon. I never got the impression in Fallout 1 and 2 that the Brotherhood was about storming into places and stealing advanced tech...
Did people seriously think FOOL was going to be anything good even if it wasn't marketed towards Fallout 3 fans?
I admire Chris Taylor as much as the next Fallout fan but I think some people are letting their hate for Bethesda's control of the franchise blind them a bit as to what...
True I remember how the Khans dressed up like Mongols and spoke Mongolian and eschewed most guns and tech because hey Mongols didn't have all that stuff.
Oh wait. That didn't happen.
They should just dump the 1 human 1 non-human companion limit and make Charisma limit party size like it did in Fallout 2 while still increasing effectiveness as in New Vegas.
Characters with high Charisma would be a force to be reckoned with.
Except that's not what went down at Nipton at all. Nipton didn't refuse the Legion they actually cooperated with the Legion and in exchange they were all horribly slaughtered because they didn't measure up to Vulpes' moral standards.
Who the hell would ever surrender to the Legion or have...
Why would inoculations be commonplace when a population that's been in a largely sterile and completely sealed environment ventures into the outside world?
Think you answered your own question.
