As far as I know, Bethesda have no unreleased RPG's announced. But thinking about it, it's possible those genres are just listed because those are the games Bethesda make, for categorisation sake.

I don't think it did anything? The CMD box popped up for a fraction of a second but I managed to take a printscreen of it. It just came up with 'Error: File Not Found' Have I messed the instructions up? The 3 files (master.dat, extract.exe and runme.bat) are all inside an individual folder...
