Hyperbole aside... uh, yeah. You market a game right, and people will buy it.

That's okay. I'm sure they'll reuse it for Fallout 4, and include a quest where some smooth skins wanna genocide them (it being a good thing, because hey, that radiation is polluting our downstream water supply).

I can see Megaton working if the town actually used the bomb for something other than worshiping. Maybe as a power resource, maybe the radiation produces some form of edible plant life or fungus, or if a majority of the population was mutant (the radiation being a healing factor). Disabling it...

Looking at the list of mainstream games released in 2008... yeah, there really weren't any contenders for "best writing" that year. Still think GTAIV should have taken it. Oddly enough, though, Fallout 3 wasn't on any top 10 best selling lists (at least according to wikipedia :roll: )

I've never played the original, but I always felt the 80s feel was a staple. The new "everyone is serious and angry" bit bores me. Nevertheless, I'm still excited to play the game.

Daaaang. Shadowrun, you just got an instabuy. Really wish I heard about the kickstarter for it when it was running.

Looks like an overzealous "developer" wanting to get his concept out there. If you look at the contacts page, you'll notice there's nobody under 3D Artists and Programmers - meaning that concept art is probably about as far as they've got in terms of development. That makes the pre-order button...

I figured the imminent release of the sequel was the reason, but I've seriously seen this game advertised everywhere. First the THQ bundle, then there was a half off deal on xbox live, this, and I think there was a deal on Amazon not too long ago. It's a brilliant strategy - give away a game so...
