U need a radscorpion tail and a shooting seed from an evil plant, if I remember right. If can turn a NORMAL spear or knife into "envenomed" spear or knife. Spear does 3-18 and knife 1-15.

Superb! I'm loving every dialog line of it! Has anyone tried explosives on the rocks blocking the sewers? BTW does anybody know of a similar Mod. One that changes the quests and dialogues like New Vision does?
