Traveling merchant dialog doesn't want to work.

Wait a minute! I've heard of you. You're the do-gooder that's running around saving and helping people. We don't like your kind, so buzz off!

I can't open the dialog to buy stuff, is it a bug? Do i need to lower my karma or what (its 37)? btw my speech is 103
As far as i know this is the merchant that sells an alien blaster. Couldn't find any info about this issue, pls help

Yes, if memory serves there are some random encounter merchants who only sell to negative karma characters and some who only sell to positive.
I don't know anything about selling the alien blaster though.

Yea, it turned out that i mixed up everything and it wasn't Willy in the first place, thanks.
