No, no, I'm forced to stop. I had a psychotic episode and the neighbors called the cops. Main reason Annelies and I broke up. Place smelled like a coffee shop and they found coke too. Shrink gave me diazepam and now benzos to stay sane. In November I have obligatory day therapy in the nut house.
Congrats on quitting smoking, but also goddamn son. It sounds like you’re on the right track, though the track is kinda... curved. It may seem that things are going downhill and taking forever, but between the therapy and everything it seems that you’ll be able to confront your problems soon enough. Hang in there, bro.

It was the coke now they get you addicted to benzos. Nice job Docs. Nah you need them.

I've been to the shrink a few times after psychotic breaks.
I got good at telling myself to shut up on the inside and the rest of me thanks me for it.

Even so, that doesn't mean shit if you don't replace the negative shit in your mind with something positive, which is hard because it makes you feel vulnerable and it's not something most people are used to doing.
I'll never forget about grapefruit ever again. Once, it resulted in me all curled up on the cold bathroom floor, shitting my pants, cold sweating a small pool of sorrow and sadness most people would've drowned in.
And I don't want to say the obvious, Dopamine Cleric, but "all I have are negative thoughts", so yeah. I felt pretty good today, though. I sold a fake Tintin plaque (but I told the buyer it was fake) and I took my dog for a two hour walk before realizing I would have to walk another two hours to get back home.

Well ya know, nothing can exist without it's opposite so being a contrarian isn't a medical condition, but it could turn into one if you're in the wrong place. lol

Have you thought about going across the border into Amsterdam and opening a venue for your artwork?
