In Skellige, everyone has a Danish or some Nordic accent.

They do? You're Polish, right? I tried to play the game in Pl with subtitles, but could only handle it for a few hours, then changed back. In the English version they all have *irish* accents, not nordic! But place-names, people-names etc are clearly nordic inspired

I'm not Polish, I am not from Europe at all. I kinda heard nordic accents before, and certainly heard British accents before.

Some place names are not even inspired, but actual places, like Lofoten, Elverum and others. These are regions and towns in Norway. I'm sure there are Swedish and Danish place-names too
